My name is Jerry Bettencourt and I was born , raised and have been a lifelong resident of Hamilton , Ontario. I have had years of renovation and residential/commercial foundation construction experience prior to founding HOMETEST HOME & COMMERCIAL PROPERTY INSPECTIONS in Hamilton, Ontario. I am fully trained and experienced in all aspects of home inspection including Structure, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Insulation, Roofing, Interior, Exterior, Defect Recognition and Thermal Imaging for building inspections. I have successfully completed all required Home Inspection entry courses and have passed the Home Inspectors Exam by a grade of 80% or greater. I must complete 24 hours of Home Inspection continuing education and successfully pass The Home Inspectors Exam annually to maintain my membership.
